The only problem we have is that when I show up on time for my 11am well visit I don't actually see the Dr.until 12 noon and get out of there until 12:30.
Had I have shown up late I would have expected to be pushed back. Always a long wait in the lobby as well as in the exam room.

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
