Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. At one point, I was getting blood tests to track a liver condition. I was feeling very nervous and had my husband come as "2nd ears". Dr. walked in, shook hands, and asked why I was there! No personal care at all! I did not feel safe at all in their care. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Put me in the hosp. for tests, NEVER came to see me or call to schedule an office follow-up. Took 7 days for asst. to ever get back to me with any results. Very poor healthcare provider. I changed doctors and would NEVER recommend Dr. Boss.
