I had Mohs Surgery on the top of my head and then suffered a STAFF INFECTION! This place is like a factory . Dr. DeVoursney operates every 10 minutes and then HERDS you like CATTLE into a waiting room where a dozen patients with bandages anxiously wait. It's like musical operating chairs. They were so busy that I had to come back the following day to close the wound and received stitches which means I got 5 more needles in a very sore and painful area. I believe Dr. DeVoursney broke sterile technique several times while stitching my head. I was aching for days and when they finally did a culture of my wound, the lab said I had a staff infection. Dr. James DeVoursney is in it just for the money. He has a big EGO and a pocket full of cash. That is a bad recipe for disaster. I checked with a lawyer and he said Dr. DeVoursney doesn't even have medical malpractice insurance. I will be reporting Boynton Beach Skin to the Health Department and the Florida Board of Medicne.

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
