the front desk staff was very incompetent. making an appointment 2 weeks in advance should allow time to sort through insurance and return the voicemail I left. that was not the case. after waiting 2 weeks to be seen I arrive at my appointment and am informed an hour after arrival that they do not take my insurance, when in fact they do! the front desk staff was so rude :( I'm still in pain and after wasting so much time, have to find another doctor!

Very unprofessional doctor and office. Complete chaos in her office with patients records open and everywhere. Exam rooms dirty. I attempted to discuss my last bloodwork and bone density results and she told me she doesn't like to be questioned, you are welcome to find another doctor she won't be offended. Will only write mainentance drug prescriptions for 2-3 month supply insists you come in to office but when you go they only take your weight, blood pressure and pulse. You will see her for 5 min but she won't look at your chart, latest test results or will she tolerate ANY questions. Very arrogant, rude and confrontational. I wonder if there is a psychological problem? Strange experience after 2 years and 14 visits with zero discussion.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was fairly easy to find. Dr. Starkman talks TO you, not AT you.

My visit to Dr Starkman's office was a great experience. the staff was helpful and welcoming and was able to answer alot of my questions. r Starkman is really smart. She is an excellent diagnostician and very nice as well.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.
