The staff was always very professional and made an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Dr. Patel always listened to every question or concern I had. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Overall, Dr. Patel and his staff were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything (information) I needed throughout my pregnancy.

All of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. The only negative is that the appointment involves a lot of waiting. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
