Not a pleasant experience. Customer Care and Service Levels by the office staff are seriously lacking. If you try to reach them by phone, forget about it. apparently, they dont like to take calls and you have to leave a message for them to call back at their convenience. Then when you get there, they dont even say hello. They just want to collect your insurance information and/or whatever paymnet is due.
