Dr. Joy has an attitude problem .. Plus he does survey so sloppy .. I would never recommend anyone to this practice although his secretary is really nice .. He's not such a joyful person

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They knew everything about all the latest medical advancements, and they even knew about ones that had occurred very recently. It was obvious that they kept up on their research. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are always so attentive and caring. They take the time to really listen to all of my opinions, and address all of my concerns. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
