I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Not at all. I felt terrible for all the staff members

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

Not really, it wasn't very clean

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
