Very intelligent and great surgeon but attempted to sexually assault me while in his exam room.,which he plead guilty to after over 25+ women came forward all explaining the EXACT same experience with him during their depositions.

I am grateful to Dr magana he installed my cervical plate and lumbar cage with crunch. 17 years later I'm 80% and I'm happy with this .
Dr Magana is a very gifted neurosurgeon.
I would only consider this doctor to do any further surgery if I ever should need it. I hope he reads this because I'd like him to know how grateful I am.

This is not a copy & paste review. This review is from a real patient experience
on Dr Ignacio Magana.
I was fortunate to have my twin brother refer me to see Dr Magana, when i blew out
L4, L5 & S1. My brother was a former patient & Dr Magana did minor surgery to repair his back pain. He has been pain free for 13 years, as a result.
For myself, i was major surgery, to repair my back. i had a long evaluation to prepare a game plan on how to help me. I was 50 years old, at the time & paralyzed on the right side, of my body.
I had total confidence in Dr Magana, from the start of my journey. I knew I had
the best teaching neurosurgeon, working on me. He was rated the best & I needed
him to have a chance for best results.
My surgery, was a success! i recovered, pain free & no drugs, leading a normal life.
I went back to work, to provide for my family & enjoy taking my daughter to the park.
( 2 important goals, for me to accomplish) I owe everything to Dr Magana for giving me my life back.
It has been 11 1/2 years since my surgery & I've been trouble free. It was a process, from surgery to recovery, then rehabilitation. I listened to him & followed
his direction, to have the best results. now i am living proof!
One of the events I still think of is, setting in the waiting room, for my well visit so he can check on my progress. This room was filled with patients coming to see him, hoping Dr magana could help them, after another surgeon messed them up.
If you have to have surgery, you want the best surgeon working on you. You do not
want someone to practice, on you. I was blessed to have the best.
