They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
