Horrible they mess up paper work, prescriptions, the phones are down when their recording says it should work the office manager talks over you and refuses to apologize when it's her fault things are run horrible. Staff is rude and slow.

Some individuals complain that they have to wait too long in the waiting room. Well....when you are in the waiting room, Dr. Diaz is giving someone in a patient room her undivided attention. When you get in to see her, she too will give you her undivided attention and someone else is waiting a bit in the waiting room. So....the fact that you are in the waiting room really means that she has probably saved your life, so stop complaining.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else.

I was treated terribly. The Dr NEVER returned calls, the staff just lies to you continually saying that she will call you. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else and have switched Dr's DO NOT recommend this Dr.
