I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. I've been waiting for an hour and a half after my appointment time after they told me to bring in my daughter as soon as possible. Many people have gotten here after me and they have been called and taking care of well my daughter and I are still waiting to be called. It's horrible wait times to deal with here. I've been coming here for almost a year and it never fails that they call me anywhere from 45 to 90 mins after my appointment.

After I told them that I didn't want my child to get certain vaccinations, they were very kind and considerate, and respected my decision. I really appreciated having a pediatrician that let me make what I felt were the right decisions for my child. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
