Not at all, they were ridiculous!

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

This dental office was good with dental work, but horrible with insurance information. I have pretty good coverage working for the county of Los Angeles, they told me the cost, if any and i would agree. Months later i was getting thousand dollar bills. When i called them they said my insurance did not cover certain procedures. They called my insurance when i first went and checked what was covered. They told me i was covered for a procedure, i said ok. Now i am getting billed, not only for me, but my entire family. Over 1500 dollars in bills they said my insurance covers and they did not......... This is the worst place i have been to as far as paying out of pocket, I could see getting billed a couple of hundred dollars different from what they say, but 1500 dollars. I do not have the money. Very bad choice we made going there.... Never again, DO NOT RECOMMEND...... UNLESS YOU WANT TO UNEXPECTED DEBT....
