Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how friendly and welcoming they are here. They always go out of their way to make me feel right at home and comfortable.
