Terrible - rude and dismissive staff. took xrays before even seeing the doctor. waited over 1 hr 20 minutes and never even got through intake. I left - didn't wait any longer to see doctor. Very disrespectful. Feels like their only concern is what can they get from the insurance companies.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
