They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Not only are they recommended by other dentists, other dentists are always calling asking for advice. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
