I was referred to Dr. Marks by a close friend. I was nervous having never seen a urologist before. His staff was professional and friendly. I never felt rushed and was not left in a room for an hour. I give Dr. Marks and his staff two thumbs up.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I've already been telling my friends and family how great Jeffrey Marks, MD is. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

The patient's concerns are not important but drugs encouragement and procedures to benefit the practice is.
Be an ignorant sheep and you'll be led to slaughter. You'll be given side effects you never had.
Finding a caring, competent urologist is like finding the holy grail.
