They have a very good professional reputation. In addition to my personal visits, I have taken my sons to him and his diagnoses have been spot on. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Marks. My previous urologist was a joke compared to Dr. Marks. I highly recommend him!

They were friendly and made me feel at home. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. It would be hard to miss all those diplomas. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I've never seen better parking at any doctor's office. I found a spot literally within seconds, and it was right next to the entrance.

Jeffrey Marks is a joke. I'm in the medical field and this guy has ZERO people skills. I went in for a vasectomy appointment, and ended up with him jumping down my throat, to the point I noticed his jaw muscle quivering!!!, for testosterone medication I was prescribed for low testosterone. He never talked about the vasectomy, and blatantly ignored one of my questions as he walked out the door. Oh yea, and his office is very old and out dated. Do yourself a huge favor and find another doc. I went with Dr. Ead. Just had my vasect consult today with him. Now that went smooth. 4-5 stars for Dr. Ead. ZERO stars for Marks.

They've always been great about returning my phone calls quickly. They usually return my call within a couple days. I really liked how convenient their parking was at their office. I was able to find a spot very quickly. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.
