They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

My child absolutely loves Arlene Haywood, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. The waiting room at this pediatrician's office had two separate areas, one for "sick" kids and one for "well" kids. This really gave me a peace of mind that my child wouldn't get sick. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was worried that they wouldn't respect my views and opinions on parenting issues, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they were very respectful. I left feeling very encouraged.

This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. The waiting room had everything my child could ask for. TV's, toys, magazines.... and not just for younger kids but for adolescents as well. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. You would expect a pediatrician to be kid friendly, but to my surprise they were cold and not friendly at all. They made no effort to make my child feel welcome. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
