I was ok until they slipped a bill on me that they did not inform me of. When it comes to large payment businesses need to be up front with you and they weren't. I was told to go home to make my decision to continue the process of repairing my teeth. While I was home planning to return, I got this unexpected bill. I spoke to someone in the payment office, and they said they would look into it for me. No one called me back. They should have taken that payment before I left instead of making me think I was covered with my insurance. Am not sure if I want to continue now because my bill might just get bigger. If they surprised me once am afraid, they will surprise me again.

The receptionist is terrible,

They have ridiculous policies about X rays.

Lets says you go in January and have X rays done and then you get treatment, then you come back 8 months ago with new issues, they wont do X rays for you, they would use the same ones from 8 months ago, even if you have new issues.
Even worst, if you come from a different dentist they would ask you to come with your old X rays as they wont take new ones for you.

Terrible experience they way they treat you on ht ephone and they are very difficult to talk to, the manager seems she hates her job and the people that callls in

A great experience. The Doctors and Staff have been great. I have been going
here for the past 5 yeas and Dr Vu has taken care of me and my family. They have all the dental specialties here under one roof. That is great because I needed a root canal and the specialist was there. Overall Great.

A Great Dental Office. The best thing about this office is that they have all the Dental Specialties under one roof. I needed a root canal and also some advanced gum treatment. They specialist at Manhattan Village Dental Group were there on staff to take care of me. The staff is also great. Overall a Great Experience.
