i was planning a to make an apt. the office was on lunch the answering service picked up and they were so rude. they need to fire that company i ask a simple question a guy answered with an attitude then hung up on me so i had my friend call to see if it was me and the same guy from the answering service answered again with an attitude he was so rude

It's a clean office, a lot of old people were there, but it is South Florida so I guess that expected? Me and a family made an appt and because we had the same last name they were dumb enough to just schedule one appt because they thought we called twice for the same person even though we have diff first names? So a little unorganized with appt scheduled in advanced. Most of the staff is friendly, Dr. is nice...
