Staff asked how my teeth feel, told her I had some sensitive but not bad. I had work done last year and I came in for a cleaning. She then told doctor, he got upset and began to belittle me,reminded me I'm here because I'm POOR! told me this was the free clinic,if I wanted perfect I should go to another dentist. I in no way was complaining about my teeth, in fact it was a compliment. Before last year's work my teeth were about a 2 pain level, now it 7 or 8. Then he began to work on my teeth, no regard for the pain he was causing me,he finally stopped with out completing any work, no cleaning, just pain. They charged me for a cleaning that I did not get, staff response,cleaning or no cleaning you still pay for it. So I paid, after all I'm poor and can't afford to anywhere else.

I wasn't too impressed with the staff. They could have been a lot more friendly. The dental assistant took my young child back and would not let me go with her it was her first time and left her back there for 45 min and did not tell me anything I was freaking out and then when I insisted to go back with my daughter and the doctor finally came in to see her he said if I don't like there service I can go somewhere else but it will be out of town and after looking me up and down a few times he said ill have to pay for better care and you probably cant afford it. Then he went on to lecture me on how my insurance won a settlement making dental offices pay back money to them and a lot of providers are no longer taking my insurance Dr.Wanzo was unprofessional to say the least and I would never take my children there to endure there torture again. However There office manager was very nice she even knew they messed up so royally bad when I told her I would be reporting her dentist she tried paying me off with a gift.

They dont allow the parents to go back with there children and they are rude if you ask to.
My daughter had an extraction and the dentist attending her didn't even prescribe any pain medication or antibiotics. Another dentist did.
