They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. Wrote me Rx for everything under the sun for years then stoped me cold turkey!!! Went in yesterday it's a 2 hour drive sat 3 hours in the waiting room didn't even speak to the dr. Nurse said he reffered me to a psy. He got me hooked on pharmasudicals and then didn't do anything to wean me off! Several friends had this happen as well!
