I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

I believe he started out with best intentions, but due to an upset in his office. You can't speak to anyone there, they don't return your calls. I tried calling him for two days, before my primary doctor admitted me in the hospital with heart related problems. He showed up two days later and was surprised to see me. I am very disappointed in him and his staff. I am now changing cardioligists and they don't have the curtesy to return the new doctors calls about transferring my medical records. I have left messages with his nurse and with their records department. No calls returned.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
