The waiting room is dusty and uninviting. I couldn't wait for them to call my name for my appointment.

Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I actually had to ask several times for my due date. After, my second PRENATAL visit, I was called early the next day for the staff to tell me that the results of my urine analysis showed I was was pregnant. Really?! Of course, I'm pregnant.

If you have and problems, the doctor will immediately put you on meds. They didn't seem to know much about my medical history or pre-existing conditions. I had to explain everything, which was very inconvenient.

The staff is amazingly rude and unfriendly.
