They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there.

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office?
Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly
Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times?
Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
