Worst experience ever.... went with my son that needed some medication for his skin reaction that was spreading all over his body. They told me that they sent the prescription to the pharmacy when I got there no prescription was sent. I call back to the office a couple of times and they told me that I was going to get a call by the end of the day and nothing. The office is closed now and won't open until Monday. Now I have to go to the emergency with my son so he can get the prescription. Very bad customer service.

I was very disappointed with how I was treated. Even after I expressed concerns about a procedure I was reassured that there was nothing to worry about. After the procedure I was left with scaring and was not told until after my appointment that I would have to pay out of pocket. When I called to express my concerns and asked to speak with the doctor, I was put on hold for a very long time and then hung up on. I tried for several days to speak to a manager. I was also told that I was not allowed to speak to the doctor about my concerns, not even allowed to email her. When I was finally able to speak with the office manager he berated me. Honestly, he was probably the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to in my life. He "promised" to have someone call me back that afternoon to give me a new appointment to "talk" to the doctor. Of course no one ever called.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!
