Dr. Garjian is an EXCELLENT doctor, who I have been seeing and had colonoscopies and endoscopies for the past 15 years, however, her staff has consistently neglected to return phone calls and have made mistakes more than once in the scheduling of colonoscopies, where they have written down on the instructions a particular date, and time for the procedure, and when we arrived at the surgical center were told that it was scheduled for a different date, after haven driven a long distance and having prepped for the exam. I have also attempted to refer friends in need of gastro help, and they have also not returned phone calls. It is VERY difficult to get to talk with Dr. Garjian when these issues arise, either via phone or email, and so I sadly chose to switch to another doctor, with a staff that actually cares about the patients and the pain that they are in.
