The service received from the provider is quality care. However, my experience today with the front desk staff and office manager was unplesant. The front desk staff Ms. Gomez was rude and unprofessional and should not have patient contact. I was suprised to know that some how this is tolerated at the office because when I complained to the office manager Maggie her response was "this is not the first time she has been rude". This rude individual began to argue with me at the front desk then proceeded to discuss this isssue infront of me to another staff member.I made a wriiten complaint but somehow I believe it will end up in the garbage because this office manager who I submitted it to seemed to have no interest she acted as if I added the work load.Once again..good service from the Doctor horrible and unprofessional service from desk personnel.
