It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I didn't consider their waiting area chairs to be too comfortable. I would have preferred to wait in something a little nicer. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable.
