I wish the dentist and staff had been a little more friendly, professional, and demonstrated empathy and concern for their young patients. I was very frustrated that very few of my questions got answered by the dentist. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. It took time for the office staff to acknowledge me when I entered because they were chatting.
