The Doctor: The only thing cool about Dr. Starr is her last name. She started to do my physical , but when she went to listen to my heart and lung sounds, she was distracted by her screaming staff and never got back to it. This happened throughout the exam process. Dr. Starr is rude to her staff and patients. She is morbidly obese, has thrombosis in both legs and she looks dirty in her appearance. The Office: It's just plain old down right dirty. The walls from top to bottom have dirt smudges all and the room has the strangest combination of national geographic type photos that look like they were ripped from magazine articles and slapped into 99 cent plastic WalMart frames. There is something in the corner that looks like an old fish tank that was turned into a terrarium. It's filled dust covered plantlife that looks really unhealthy. And that's not all! Once you get inside the actual space where the exam rooms are, hanging from the walls are the most horrific looking quilts that Dr. Starr made herself. She proudly displays them on practically every wall inside the place next to even more weird animal photos and comic strips that were literally cut out of newspapers. It's the strangest doctors office I've ever experienced in my life. The Staff: I would describe the staff to be the sticky bottom scrapings of ITT Tech's worst medical secretary students that ever passed (or failed?) through the program. They got my one and only bill totally wrong and billed me for services that the doctor never rendered. They don't mind if you pay them for their service at the desk because no matter what, they are going to be sending you the same bill to your house telling you that you owe them when you don't. The staff is an extremely unorganized group of misfit medical staff toys that go back and forth with Dr. Starr before, during and after your exam. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor. Any other doctor besides this one.

Not the worst, but certainly not the best

I had to wait for a little while.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
