Very deceptive and bad business. Never waste your time with these people. They will continue to demand out-of-pocket payments from you with the threat of penalties even though they are already getting payments from your insurance thus they are being compensated twice. You will never get back the overpayments because this Hawthorne branch office will insist that it is not their job, and point you to their corporate office which in turn lead your call back to Hawthorne branch office. Will take advantage of your lack of knowledge, convince you to sign a long term contract. They will require you to extend the contract, thus paying more than what was agreed upon because your braces are not yet done.

My name is Catherine Sarte and i went there with my daughter today (sat, 12/15). checked in at 1:18 p. exactly and got out 2:30 pm with none done. Have to cancel and walk out. Complete waste of time, gas and effort. Been with 3 ortho for initial consultation, less than 30 mins i'm out with all infos i need to know. With western dental in hawthorne, waited more than an hour with heater full blast giving me headache, me and my daughter have to leave fully diasppointed. Will not recommend this dental/ortho to any of my friends and even to those that i do not know. Save you time, gas and effort... don't go to western dental ortho in Hawhtorne. I'm just really one unhappy patient-to-be!!! Intended to put my name because that 's how much disappointed i am. I hope someone from their office will care to call me to confirm. That's if they really value new patients and stand for a quality customer/patient service.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
