They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Goosby has been our pediatrician since before my children were even born. We have been seeing him for 16 years now and refer him often. He takes so much time and care with us and our children. I wouldn't see any other pediatrician for our needs. The staff can always fit me into the schedule, usually on the day I call for an appointment. The wait time in the office is the only drawback, but if that's what it takes to see the best pediatrician in the area; it's a small price to pay. My children love him as do I. Wouldn't go any other place. I trust Dr. Goosby with the health of my children, the most important people in my life. Love, love, LOVE Dr. Goosby!!

Their staff was not friendly!! I didn't feel welcome!! Parents in my community don't respect them at all. They are definitely not recommended by any of the parents I know. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return!!

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Whenever I asked them for more information about anything, they were happy to take the time to give me as much information as I wanted. They made me feel like every question I had was important. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
