They had a friendly attitude, and made me feel at home. I appreciated the warm welcome. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I love Dr. Popkin. I had a procedure with her 2yrs ago. I now need another procedure and I would not have anyone else do my procedure besides her. Her staff was professional. I have know complaints. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help.

I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. This doctor was also on the phone on a personal call while I was in the room. It's ok every once in a while, but I did not get undivided attention which bothered me. Plus once I was waiting for quite a while, which really bothered me. I was interrupted when asking questions and Every time I went, she would remember me but not my case. At one point she called a week after her secretary and called in a medication I had already been taking for a week, probably because it wasn't recorded in my chart. I will look for another gastro..
