I have NEVER met a doctor that won't talk to patients on the phone about lab results and forces them to come in to discuss in order to get more money!! However if that's her policy, so be it, but I was then refused a copy of my OWN blood work unless I paid for it! I've gotten copies of my mammograms, ultra sounds and even a biopsy at NO cost from the radiology office.
I'm just a money sign to this PCP and I will NEVER go to her again for my next physical or need. I'm quite disappointed. Not to mention the office receptionist was beyond rude! I did not feel important what so ever and doctors should care about their patients.
