Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
