I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. Rescheduling an appointment is a problem because it seems they have no availability. It would be nice if they were open till 5pm and were open more days. I have to wait another 2 months for an appointment when rescheduling.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
