I have been a patient of Dr. Lum's for the past 3 years. She is very compassionate and caring. She listens to my concerns. I am very happy I found her as my female physician.

Never got to see the doctor because staff refused to accept my insurance even after my insurance called to say I'm in network!! Blue Cross told me how rude and incompetent they were and that I should find another doctor!! Imagine that! If only Dr. Lum knew how she could be losing patients!!

Dr. Lum paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The Receptionist, however, was VERY unfriendly when I tried to make an appointment. I felt like my needs were mostly met by Dr. Lum, but with the
bad attitude at the front desk, I don't feel comfortable making another appointment..

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
