I've been going to this doctor for almost 10 years now, and am very close to finally finding another doctor due to how consistently rude and condescending one particular staff member (Pat) is.... it is unfortunate she is who you deal with about 70% of the time. Doctor Luthra himself is a very pleasant doctor, I just wish he would surround himself with staff that don't seem to make an effort to drive off his patients.

Dr Luthra is great. Recent problem involving Emergency Room stay required a immediate follow-up with a Urologist. I called Dr Luthra's office and requested a recommendation. Staff told me could not do and had to visit with Dr Luthra first. I advised them Dr Luthra referred me to emergency room on Friday. Prior to being released from Hospital I was told to schedule an immediate follow-up with a Urologist. They understood and still insisted I schedule an appointment with Dr Luthra.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

I only stopped seeing this provider due to the fact they do not see uninsured patients.

The staff are not always polite . A couple of times they've stayed open a few minutes past their closing time to help me, but most of the time they'll close at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
