Dr. Stember and his staff are the definition of incompetent. My son was assigned to their care by our insurance carrier. After fighting for two weeks to have my son seen by the doctor I was told at the last minute that Dr. Stember refused to see my son. When I call the office to get a reason I was essentially told "because the Dr. said so". No one could give me an actual answer. The office manager that got belligerent with my wife refused to even speak with me.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. The Doctor however is a joke.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though.
