They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. As a previous patient, when i called after hours, the Doctor called me back! They have good follow up and will see you quickly when necessary. Really recommend Dr Gupta's practice in many ways.

Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need

No, and they don't make an effort to even try
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled?
No, I was given the information right after they finished my treatment
