I was hoping to get some sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment, but I didn't get anything. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. Waste of time and money if you ask me. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.

I'm getting a charge for $3000 trough care credit, which I considered a fraud for the fact that I only owe $500 according to conversation over the phone whit Lorain .
