My first appt. with this Dr. was a joke. They were learning a new computer system, so I had all these computer people in the room with the Dr. She was unhappy about learning new system so kept talking to them about it instead of trying to talk to me.

It was my first visit and while she got my background, the focus was on the rep getting it into the new computer and not on me.

I left very unhappy, but had made another appt. I was called several weeks later to go in and get an ultrasound that I did not ask for, nor did I know about the appt. as no one ever told me. When I left that test appt. I stood at the reception desk for 15 minutes waiting to see if I had a co-pay and no one ever came out.

I cancelled the next appt and got a new Dr. I just received a claim from my insurance that this original Dr. submitted a claim for the appt. I cancelled and did not go to.

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It never fails how long I have to wait on hold when I call them. I'm always put on hold forever and I find myself not even wanting to call. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish.
