TBeware these ppl are very nice and friendly but when it comes to your Heath stay away. They diagnosed my son with strep throat and left a message for us to go pick up the medication at walmart. The next day we called for details and I asked how that could be and they placed me on hold and said that was an error it was not strep. It was something else so they went ahead and sent in new meds. I asked what if I paid for the old meds and started to give my son it... They said all I would have to do is stop giving it to him and repurchase the correct meds. Dont they know Money, time and Heath don't fall of trees. Obviously they don't because I had two exact same sick visits and they charged me more on the 2nd one because the doctor spent a extra few minutes answering some of my questions that I could of googled. I went to centra care today and they are sending us to a allergy specialist. I was also told that the new medicine that RDV gave us wouldn't treat the problem that they diagnosed him with. This has been ongoing for a few months...... I just wanna know what's going on and don't waste our time and money.

No, they are definitely not respected by other parents

No, and they don't make an effort to even try

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified

A little, it was faint but I noticed one

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
