Very gentle and caring. Best dental experience I've had in many years. She talks to you, listens and comes up with a workable plan and options.

Dr. Kosmac is rough when drilling and pulling teeth. After she gives you a shot to numb the area, she tells you to let her know if you feel any pain, waits a few minutes, then starts drilling. When you indicate that it hurts, she says she can't understand why you're feeling anything and she's made it as numb as she can. Well, it still hurts!

Dr. Kosmac is an extremely gentle dentist. And yet, strong enough to be firm. In conversations with her, I learned that she had many years' experience as a dentist working for the Navy. Perhaps that's where she learned to be firm, but gentle? The only downside, is that she generally doesn't accept children, at least when I last asked her about it.
