I love Dr.Vilkin & his office staff. They are honest,friendly and very accommodating . I used to be scared of getting a root canal but after coming here I feel comfortable & confidant.Dr.Vilkin is a skilled and caring person. I have recommended this doctor to all my family & friends.No hidden fees or agendas.

Dr. Vilken and Staff paid close attention to me and my needs were explained and all of my questions were answered. The staff is very friendly and professional and make you feel comfortable . I am very satisfied with my visits. Dr. Vilkin is extremely gentle and explains all of his work as he is doing it. He will also work woth you on the financial end to make it easy for payments. His office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. Excellent pain management! Lovely staff and assistance to the doctor were kind, and very relaxing office.

Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
