They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. The dr is fine - the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional always same in person or over the phone. If there were other options for a dr close to me I would have already changed offices.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.

I noticed that the waiting room chairs were pretty average at this office. Nothing too luxurious but not bad. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. Sometimes, I have to persuade them that I have an important concern that needs their attention. There have been times that they've paid attention to my concerns, but not many. The staff are extremely rude!!!!
