I have been seeing Dr. Kim for the past five years and have had only good things to say about my treatment, he is quick and has me out of there in no time. I had two crowns put in and two wisdom teeth pulled with no issues. I will continue to use Dr. Kim as my dentist.

I brought my Mom in for dental fillings before Xmas. The area where the work was done swelled into a large abscess and Dr. Kim was unavailable with no emergency numbers during the holidays. Fortunately, I was able to obtain antibiotics for my mom to treat the infection. On calling the dentist's office after the holidays, we were asked to come in so he can take a look. He confirmed it was an infection and that the antibiotics we had was treating it. We were charged for that visit and the X-rays. I questioned the dentist and he said that he did not cause the infection and we should be charged for the visit. The visit would not have been necessary if the procedure did not cause the infection. My mom was fine before the procedure and had an abscess after the procedure. It is inconceivable that the dentist refused to take responsibility for the infection and charge my mom for an office visit that he basically caused. Don't go to this dentist unless if you want to be treated like crap and pay for visits that he instigates.
