Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Not to mention, i didnt see the doctor on my folllow up. I saw a physician assist, who didnt even know what test i had done. She even told me that they usually refer anything bigger than a cold to another physician. this websibte is being kind with a star. This doctor got a degreee to sell vitamin supplements. Good luck.
